Your agreement with QDrop

You are contracting with Rahul Chaube, an individual trading as QDrop, the seller and operator of this temporary clipboard and file-transfer service. QDrop is a trading name, not a registered company. References to “QDrop”, “we” or “us” in these terms mean Rahul Chaube trading as QDrop. By accessing or continuing to use QDrop, you agree to these terms. You must be legally able to enter this agreement and, when acting for an organization, have authority to bind it.

Using the service

Free transfers require no account. Keep room codes, owner keys and account credentials confidential; anyone with a room code can access the room until it expires. You are responsible for your account activity and for having permission to share all content you submit. Provide accurate account information and keep it updated. Do not use QDrop for highly sensitive secrets.

Acceptable use

Do not use QDrop unlawfully, commit fraud, distribute spam, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, or share malware. Do not probe or interfere with security, scrape the service, bypass rate limits or access restrictions, or attempt unauthorized access to another room or account.

Ownership and your content

QDrop retains ownership of the service and its software, documentation and branding. You retain your rights in the content you submit and give QDrop only the limited permission needed to host, process and transmit it to provide the service. Your right to use QDrop is limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable; you may not resell it or circumvent its technical limits.

Availability and retention

QDrop does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. It is not a backup service. Free rooms become inaccessible after 30 minutes; physical deletion can be delayed by recovery retries. Copied or downloaded content cannot be recalled. QDrop is not end-to-end encrypted and does not scan files for malware. See our Privacy Notice for handling and retention details.

Payments and subscriptions

Real paid subscriptions are not currently available; preview checkout is for testing and does not activate paid benefits. When paid plans become available, the price, billing frequency, quantity and applicable taxes will be shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew on the selected billing cycle until canceled. Cancellation keeps paid access through the end of the paid period; upgrades take effect immediately with prorated charges, and downgrades take effect at renewal. These lifecycle options are not yet active.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

For purchases processed by Paddle, its Buyer Terms govern payment, billing, taxes, cancellation and refund mechanics. See our Refund Policy. Any separately arranged manual UPI transfer is outside Paddle checkout and does not automatically activate a subscription; agree payment and refund arrangements with the QDrop owner before sending money.

Suspension and termination

QDrop may restrict, suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risks, or serious or repeated policy violations. This does not remove rights or remedies you have under applicable law. Service changes and updated terms will be reflected here; applicable mandatory consumer protections continue to apply.
